What are Final Terms?

Definition:

In the United Kingdom, a Term Sheet prepared for each Drawdown of securities under a program, and which contains the commercial terms of a particular securities issue (e.g., for bonds, the Interest Rate, Maturity Date, and terms of any Put Options or Call Options).
